Privacy Policy & Keeping your Payment Safe 

Honey I'm home attempt to make the web store as secure as we can possibly make it. We use Stripe,one of Australia's leading payment processors. All personal and payment information is encrypted and securely processed. None of your personal information is stored or shared. Email addresses collected by honey I'm home are for internal use only, we will only use this personal information to keep you informed of our special events or promotions, we respect your privacy but if you would like to unsubscribe from our email list please contact us via the ‘contact us’ page. We will remove your name from our email list as soon as possible.


All prices on the honey I'm home website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST of 10%. Please note that delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted for each product. We accept payment by PayPal and credit card.

How much does shipping cost?

We use regular Australia Post & Fast track. Shipping is flat rate $10.00 (excludes QLD, WA, SA and NT which $14.00 flat rate).

What payment methods does honey I'm home accept? 

Credit + debit cards + Paypal + Afterpay.

How long does delivery take? 

Delivery time across Australia is generally between 3 - 4 days. We ship from our store on the Central Coast NSW, so orders to Western Australia, North Queensland and the Northern Territory may on occasion take longer than 4-5 days.

*Please note that during holiday periods and on public holidays orders will take longer to arrive.This is out of our hands and we cannot be held responsible.

Order processing time is 2-3 days.

Can I ship to a PO Box? 

Yes you can!


 Honey I'm home will happily offer you an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order if there is a fault with the product. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused, and all original packaging otherwise we will be unable issue you with an exchange. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the safe delivery of any returns back to honey I'm home. Keep in mind that a lot of the products available at honey I'm home are handmade therefore colours and patterns etc may vary from piece to piece, adding to their uniqueness. Product colours may vary slightly from those in the images provided due to photographic lighting.

How to make a return 

 Contact honey I'm home and request a return authorisation number. You must package the return carefully and ensure all original packaging and instructions are included in the shipment, as honey I'm home can not accept returns without original packaging. Complete the returns form issued by honey I'm home and ship to the address noted on the returns form. Honey I'm home will refund your payment upon receipt of the goods and inspection of their condition. Refunds are always made in the manner of the original purchase, for example, credit card payments will have refunds placed on the same card.

Damaged Items

Please contact us as soon as you notice a fault with any honey I'm home item after arrival.
